I've been bobbing back and forth with digital & traditional. Depending on how much time ive got. I'm usually faster with digital.
Try taking a dynamic sketching course. Helped me a lot with my confidence.

This is adorable, i love it. Also I can only ink digitally, I don't have traditional inking confidence.
