Something new after so long. This is Velen, a Lucario who has been turned into a Beastkin Pokemon/Human hybrid permanently by a mutated magic spell in his Mega Form.

This design was inspired by the banchō archetype, as I think it fits Mega Lucario's appearance rather well.
