Birthday gift fo Aarok fron dA ^w^

I know it's already been a month since your birthday but... well.
I hope my work will give you at least some inspiration for your hard artblock time. ^o^
As you, I have lost my data too. So I know how it is. I have almost accepted thoughts about throwing away my artist activity... That's sad, I know, Had alot of experimental and unfinished works...But I have returned... I can make more beautiful and more big pictures. This thing happened to all of us on big or low levels. We just should stay strong as we can.:icondragoncomfort:
So let us make some good work!

This work was my experiment: greyscale way of character colouring/shading and new light/shadows work, consisting lightning/shadows map(layers with basic shadow/light directions). I know that they are not very precise or ideal but I think it maybe adds more atmosphere.

Aaaaand... I wanted to make a speedpaint at first but I got carried away and made fullpaint instead. I just feel bad at submitting something which in my opinion "unfinished"... that's weird.XD

But unlike my previous two works this work can be called a speedpaint, because I have spent a lot less of time on detailing, and details are not so precise like on my :ARTTRADE: Nocturnal Lights.
I used improved previous method at making scales, because Aarok has more harder scales. New scales I made for previous works aren't very hard.

Sorry if my work will not sync with your next story, it's just a fanart(mmngh, I think XD)

Little Aarok just woke up in early morning after the conflict between red and black dragon tribes.
He is alone, broken and scared...
What will he do?
Where to go?
And who will help him?
