I think you've done a fine job capturing that sense of movement. Since this is a more stylized piece based on Pokemon, it would be alright if you added little " marks to tips of the wings, maybe the arms, etc., just to give it more sense of movement. Also, keep your pencil sharpened so you can work on those details more.
