Astaroth's a recent arrival in the world, having just come from the Void. Lucifer has mixed feelings about his presence, mostly because Astaroth brought news that made him uneasy. Belphegor is a very powerful warlord of their people, who Lucifer used to work for until he defied him and was forced to leave. And now Belphegor has set his sights on bringing their people as a whole from the Void to take over the overworld.

Thankfully he has no real means of doing so yet.
