made a bunch of pepper jam, and then cute labels for all the jars!
mild is mango, peach + three kinds of pepper (anaheim, bell pepper and a sprinkle of serrano)
spicy is mango + four kinds of pepper (anaheim, bell pepper, serrano and handfuls of thai chilies)
both the jam and the labels were really fun to do!!

oh gosh it was so good, my family devoured most of that batch at the cabin this summer

This sounds delicious, and I don't even like bell peppers! (One of my favourites is raspberry with chili. Sweet things with chili are just amazing.)

I didn't use a lot of bell pepper -- mostly I just wanted the pretty red bits in the jelly, I personally prefer the serrano and thai chilies for flavour. I love that sweet + spicy combo!
