Seated on the westernmost continent in the northwest quadrant of the planet, Nuubaahl is a beautiful desert city with a plethora of resources (including its own garden nestled in the river's end). The Uragi'Phenx listed above live in the Oasis of Saa'kuul, where they cultivate fruits and teas from the fertile grounds around the water. They also have their own personal guard, hence the guard tower at the water's edge.
