The texture stamp tool in Photoshop is great for drawing fabrics.

Yee, but even like, the shading/lighting on it is really good, like you can tell the "shape" of the head through the hood by using the shadows and stuff, I dunno lol, I like it!

I've practiced drawing clothing on anthros for many years. And this image is actually a re-upload. I drew it over two years ago.
