A new OC I created.

Dolly, A.K.A. "The Faceless Kirlia", as per the nickname, has no face. As such, she can't talk, smell, eat, see or breath, but also doesn't REQUIRE oxygen or sustenance of the conventional kind. In addition, he psychic abilities are far beyond what most normal Kirlia or even Gardevoir are capable of. This of course has lead many Pokémon to believe she's "cursed" or an "undead phantom" of some sort. This theory is only backed up further by the fact that she's Psychic-Ghost type rather than Psychic-Fairy. X3
