A 'criminally insane' anthropomorphic Eevee is patiently awaiting a radical form of 'treatment', probably involving some form of electroshock therapy. Of course, it's unclear who exactly this Eevee IS and what his/her crime was, or even his/her gender, since the medical staff won't remove the patient's mask or body-suit. He/she can't even make muffled screams, since his/her vocal chords have been numbed with a local anesthetic to avoid disturbing the other patients.

I highly doubt the Eevee strapped to the bed is Ginger, though, since if it WERE Ace would very likely have already utilized some of his "very particular set of skills" on that place by now. XD
