      Everything smells good. Logically, any arbitrary spices should combine into a mix that's just as good as the sum of its component parts.

        In theory, but not in practice! So many spices that just don't play well with others. Cumin stands out. Unless you want everything to taste like cumin. Then again, I <3 cumin.
