A documentation of how I went through the course.
I've dabbled in painting, but only recently around 18 did I actually try to learn. The course was pretty rough. I fell asleep many times because his voice puts you in a lull. Hou goes over how to sketch, values and shading, 3 different ways to render, layer modes, and brush settings.

The first attempts are ROUGH cause I did not like any of the rendering ways. But it's not without good. It taught me how to construct my own way of rendering now, when before, I had no direction.

Overall, I really liked the course!

(EDIT: forgot to say, i finished the course a long time ago. I'm just posting my timeline of it now because my friend wanted to see it)
