My daughter saw me work on this, and she told me to finish it fast, who am I to say no to her.
So here it is!

Hikaree had woken up from a bad dream so Skyiler is singing her to sleep again.
I've told people; Skyiler HATES humans with a deep burning passion as humans and dragonians did horrible experiments to him at the research facility.
This hatred is so deep just the sight of one or the mentioning of humans makes him cringe.
So one day when Skyiler and Aiyame were walking through the forest, they heard a strange sound, a cub crying.
They went to see where it came from, Aiyame found a bundle in a bush... A human child, no more than a week old.
She showed her to Skyiler who reacted like any animal that has been mistreated by people, his fur stood up and he growled, he turned to run away but the sound of the child's cry made him stop.
He turned back around looking at the child, Aiyame held it up to him, the fear was still in his eyes, then the baby stops crying; blue eyes meet Skyiler's deep red eyes and a small hand reaches out for him and touches his muzzle.
Skyiler's parental instincts kicked in, he wouldn't be able to live with hmself if she died here and he could have saved her.
So they adopted a human child and named her Hikaree which means light.
A human child managed to melt his heart.

Another practice lighting piece, it's trickier than it looks.
