This year without fail, if it was shipped through fedex it was "Lost" at the same point. I've had three packages "mysteriously lost" or "Delivered" even though it never came nor was with any of our neighbors.
Yesterday, I had Onion's rabbit Cage supposed to come in. It was already in my state in a town 30-45 minutes away as per usual when they "go missing". 5:30am Package out for Delivery Aug 22. Between 11:30am and 1:30pm it suddenly changed to "delayed til Aug 23". REally? REALLY? The day's not even close to over. ARound 8pm THE SAME DAY I see that it was changed to "Delayed til 24th" and the message "Attempted to deliver at 5:45pm" which is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. I and two others were home ALL DAY waiting for this thing. NO ONE showed up at all. There was no attempted Delivery, and WHY THE HELL did it get delayed AN EXTRA DAY on the same day? Shady. SHady as Hell.
And MY GOSH trying to Call them. Apparently they're going to have it in tomorrow, but I FRIKKEN DOUBT IT. All of my Packages shipped from Fedex this year went missing in transit in the nearby cities when it was "Out for delivery". No other Delivery company has any issue getting my mail to me. I'm pretty damn confident some piece of shit mail carrier is stealing. I HAD BETTER GET ONION'S CAGE, and regardless, I am thinking about contacting the seller to let them know Fedex is not trustworthy at all, and that they should switch delivery services. Seller's gonna save on the Refund and Product replacements.
Don't use Fedex to ship your stuff. Their Asshats. I couldn't even tell if the person I got on the phone was a Real person. It's been a pain. I'll probably be calling tomorrow yet again I bet.

I have never had anything delivered by Fedex but based on the stories I have read online, they sound like shit

I haven’t used them since…….like 2017, but I used to send them to my workplace (I’d ship stuff to myself from conventions) and never had problems. I’ll have to remember to try a different delivery service the next time (if ever) I go to a convention again……
And now the USPS, THEM I’ve had issues with—I’ve lost several packages (or they’re severely damaged—and how bad do you have to crush it to damage a STEELBOOK DVD???), some from Amazon, but one from thenextgenhero up there on the comments, which was a commission. :/

I've never seen a USPS in my area. The Good delivery I get from UPS and Amazon Delivery.

That's the mail (postal service), Priority Mail and all that. But if you live in a remote area--you might get mail and package service through UPS delivery, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS use some similar carrying and delivery services (trucks, planes, trains). :)
I had to switch all my Amazon deliveries to my workplace, since you can't tell when you'll get something USPS or UPS from them until it's sent--it's funny how when you put "Moline Public Library" in the second address line of a package--it magically gets delivered quickly and a lot less loss of packages. chuckle At home, they'd leave it outside on the sidewalk and I live in an apartment building where LOTS of people walk back-and-forth in front of doors--we have a building with exterior doors, but my apartment faces the parking lot. Leaving it on the sidewalk is a clear advertisement for "steal me, please!" XD

Oh god I feel this to my core. Whether it's FedEx, USPS, UPS, Amazon - I've had horror stories with them all. Boxes arriving looking like they've been drop-kicked, letters that looked half shredded, "two-day shipping" taking a week and a half, packages go completely missing or never delivered, and my favorite: getting surprise over-charges taken automatically from my payment account because the mail sorter glitched and categorized my package wrong, and then having to file a complaint only for them to ignore me for 5 months instead of giving me a refund.
I'm sorry you've been having mail issues lately, it's never fun to deal with!

sorry to hear that!. Fedex has been losing my mail too. The postal service in general has been kinda crap since covid started :/
