When I think about it real hard, an incubus who doesn't attract people via a hypnotism type spell effect probably releases toxins of some kind from their body that prey would come into contact with. And pheromones. Like, on the line of first being something that would get your attention,If I'd think about it as a predatory vs prey manner, I'd say

Scent > it being appealing to someone makes them more willing to let him close. (Who doesn't want hugs from someone who smells nice)
sweat > I'd say would be the minor factor of a feel good thing that would effect someone (As starting to think lewdly).
Saliva+ > One of the Feel good and more potent effects that would make one forget about anything else. Would probably consider at that point and beyond more addictive traits.

I also like to think that everything aside from his scent is effected by his interest in what he's after vs not after anyone.It'd probably be detrimental in some cases if that was something active at full quantity all the time. (Can think of 2 scenarios he'd be inconvenienced by that. 1) he wouldn't be able to enjoy his Death Related Hobbies as much. 2) He's been captured by some huge Burly Orc Men and gets a little nervous. If it's a predatory trait, it doesn't seem like it should be something that happens for no reason, but specifically for prey.
