Reggie: so did you get any new info on Leo?

Gwen: No… nothing, no documents, no family records, it looked like anything that could be remotely related to him has been erased. All we could gather was that it was deleted not too long ago. It seems like this kid is a real John Doe

Reggie: Jesus! Looks like someone does NOT want us finding out where this kid comes from

Gwen: do you think it was a good idea taking him in?

Reggie: well where was he gonna go? you think any foster home is gonna take a boy whose been augmented like he is? i’ve known poor souls like that on the streets… and i’ve seen what they turn into

he doesn’t deserve to end up like that, no one does

Gwen: yeah, from the looks of it life has already done enough to that kid, but having him fight these wraiths isn’t exactly ideal either

Reggie: heh relax, we’ll train him to not cause as much property damage next time

Gwen: that’s not what i mean Reggie

Reggie: i know… i wish it were up to me but they need him, he’s really good at this, like he was born to fight these creatures
