Dream Creature #1: Blisterback

I encountered this creature in a dream during my childhood (I can't remember the exact date), during which I and several dream-generated comrades were forced to fight him in an indoor arena. The only thing that interrupted his uniform electric-blue body color was his beady yellow eyes, light blue horns, and amber blisters erupting from his back.
Being around the size of a wild boar, he used his size and muscular build to trample combatants. I made the mistake of piercing one of the blisters, releasing a caustic fluid that smelled strongly of garlic and produced a mind-numbing effect when the fumes were inhaled. After a lengthy fight, I leaped onto a ledge and pulled a switch that electrified the floor, killing the Blisterback instantly before the dream ended.
