pelago (pronounced pel-LA-gah, he'll nag you about this), spell-born of a witch, technically illegal and on the run since about age six. he's been wanted and tried for murder, arson, 'mass homicide', a thousand counts of petty theft, and loitering. he's been hanged a bunch of times. he's also been beheaded once, but it turns out it takes a LOT more to kill a spell-born. most of his crimes were accidental, since as an untrained orphaned spell-born he has very little control over his magical powers, which basically destroy everything he touches. and due to this, he's never been hugged and doesn't shake hands.

i love pelago and i dreamed of him last night, hence the sharing. c:
