Oh jeeze this is catchy. I like the percussion. the beats and ticks at 30 seconds in really give the song some much needed texture. Seems like about every 30 seconds the song changes up, adding a new element, and reintroducing old ones. Makes it really dynamic and, without trying to sound too old-timey, makes it more of a toe-tapper throughout the entire 6 minutes, where some songs of this style might have already gone stale.

Although synthesized, the overall tune's got enough dynamic sounds working complementary to eachother (opposed to just with, or against eachother noisily) to make the piece sound like a multi-instrument, multi-person effort. I'm not sure how much this is to do with the fact that it's a remix, or because you're trying new stuff.

Either way, this feels like a new kind of sound for you. I'd like to hear more stuff this dynamic and complex.
