The tomb of the Sultan by TychoAussie

The tomb of the Sultan

TychoAussie

The blue mosque is almost palatial in scale, and that is likely because it is also constructed around 1500 to be the resting place of the body of the Sultan. It is covered in manicured gardens, and everyone is invited to view the mosque, as long as they are appropriately dressed and take care to be respectful of the worshippers who also visit the grounds. Located in old town Istanbul, Turkey.
