Greetings from central Asia! I am on my month-long research trip and I've been very busy. However I have been looking for opportunities to do what you might call "adventure fursuiting", which is where you take a fursuiter and plop them into a country (like Islamic Azerbaijan) where they speak a different language, and see what happens!

• - We're not done yet - I am now in Kazakhstan by myself, and this time I don't have any interpreter - so of course, We're figuring out ways to fusuit here in Almaty as well. Thus far, it has been a sensation, though I haven't received many photos from all those people's cameras quite yet. -- Oh yeah - Airport hasn't lost my luggage this time, and Air Astana is by far the nicest airline I've traveled on in a long time. I just need to figure out their check-in system a little better. I missed my flight and it cost me two days and about $400 as a result ! Ahh, tuition to the school of hard knocks.
