A character is based on Dick Van Dyke. Whom ever voiced Captain Goofbeard from Mickey Mouse’s Clubhouse, Mr. Bloomsbury from Curious George (2006,) Yellow fur could be from Tubby the Tube from Tubby the Tuba Animated Movie (1975.)

It’s considered to be inspiration, along with the Dick Van Duck with the Same Actor: Dick Van Dyke.
