So much bluuuuuuue, it's so gooooood. Ah, I had a lot of fun working on this guy and his glowstrings! I wanted to convey a lot of motion with this piece, as though he's in mid-pivot during a dance move with his glowstrings. Despite definitely wanting to show those wonderful blue wings, I wanted to keep the eye's focus and high-contrast area on Tempo's determined expression and torso.
