Final version of my updated ref sheet for Isra'. Previous version was done almost two years ago, and some of the artwork needed a facelift, as it were. How dare I let a reference sheet of an OC gather dust as my work improves with my recent pieces! dramatic hand wave and exit stage left

I completely redid the main body shot, redid the wings on the dorsal/ventral view, redid the wings on the anthro shot, edited the beaks, (no more 'uni-beak!') and added highlights to make this on par with my latest reference sheets and works in general. I haven't had time to give this gal the love she deserves, and this was the least I could do. ruffles her feathers The wings on the old ref made me...cringe when I looked at them.

All information and design markings/colours are the same, however! Nothing's changed in that aspect.

Anyway! A little about Isra.' She is a sand cat and booted eagle mix. Rather large and fluffy. She has a short temper, but is fiercely loyal to her human companion, Saara. Her political views differ a bit from Muzafr's, and she prefers not to venture into the dragoness' territory. (Muzafr's spines and explosives are a decent deterrent.)

She is very poofy, but her fur is fair and stands nearly on end, thus not trapping too much warmth to cause her to overheat. She always looks mad. And no, that's not just her 'eagle scowl.' She usually is just making a very grumpy, intense face.

Isra' and Navy do not see eye to eye, politically and occupationally, and Navy often seeks to harass the gryphoness when she is in town. This usually results in Isra' chasing the Sergal out of the city, where Navy simply blends into the darkness, leaving Isra' scowling, of course.
