Battle wise, he beats the other two.
If he's able to learn Ice Beam (Ice Ball, Ice Shard and Ice Crash sound plausible) he can take down Rowlet, who is 4x weak thanks to being Grass/Flying.
Litten is just fire, so well, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, etc.Other than that, I have been seeing him get more love recently. Though, people are right. Oshawott was in the same boat in the beginning, then people warmed up.
Same situation, likely.Great stuff~
