While the Mini-Michiis continue to top the charts in sales, there are always customers who may end up dissatisfied with their purchases. Nakashima Industries takes the time to listen to the complaints they receive and puts an honest effort in rectifying the issue.

In one such case, a handful of clients sent in complaints about how the Mini-Michi's trademark eyes were more creepy than cute. Nakashima Industries responded with this special prototype Mini-Michi, model #0769. Pictures were sent out to the clients in question with a note asking if they would be more inclined to buy a Mini-Michi if the eyes looked more like the new prototype. Unfortunately, all clients instantly went into diabetic shock upon viewing the images and Nakashima Industries went back to producing the original style.
