Two friends of mine (Rubric Marine and Sharl) are co-running a GURPS campaign set in the Homeworld universe. But as where every alien race in Homeworld was basically just normal humans, they've made every race actually alien. The Hiigarans are still humans though.

This is a Taiidani lady, whom have been fluffed into a race of "spiny lizards", painted on the nose of a Republican Taiidani bomber, seen here, in the style of nose art like that seen on the noses of WW2-era bombers. The republicans have also been exaggerated into freedom-and-liberty loving patriots, meaning nose art of women is probably common.

It's shaping up to be a fun campaign.
