When I heard that Toho not only still gives a ton of love for Gigan, so much that he's in Gigabash a indie fighting game revolved around kaiju/titans. I went bonkers excited, like next to figuring out that build a bear did bring back the plush otter design from 2008 for their 25th anniversary (I need to nab it. The OG otter was popular but exclusive to the St. Louis Zoo and now goes for $500-$1000. So yeah an expensive anniversary otter is nice, upset that no one said anything to me about it, but hey potatoes are in the ground). It's kind of no brainer that I wanted to draw this man, if you talked to me non-stop about kaijus. I just do not know what it is, I just really liked Showa Gigan. Might be the childhood mini figure I had of him, or maining him in Godzilla: Save the Earth for ps2 also as a kid (next to Baragon and Rodan). Regardless Space Chicken is drawn and I'm pretty happy. Happy new Years (very early shush).
