Drawn in 1998. I drew this, I believe, as a sort of local promotion for a furry group at a local college campus. We likely made the posters waaay too subtle, though. We were just too paranoid about what mainstream folks thought about what felt like a very niche fandom. We probably should have explained what furry was and what it was about.

Nowadays, one can't sneeze and not see something furry-related.

Pro-Tip: no matter what you love, or whatever fandom you are a part of, I can promise you that someone is absolutely going to think your fandom is weird and you're weird. Someone might have heard about some crap parts of your fandom (all fandoms have crap parts). The trick is just getting excited for the parts YOU love!

For me, for instance, I just love cartoons and cartoon animals. And cartoon humans, and cartoon elves, and cartoon everything. It's fun to imagine fantastical creatures!
