Drawn in1996. Sandy had a lycra (Spandex) top and a leather skirt. I think, at the time, I had absolutely no idea what Lycra even was. Now, I'm envisioning a very different looking outfit than what I actually drew here.

So, I suspect Sandy is a very good shot, or she wasn't planning on staying in those clothes very long anyway.
