Contribution Artwork for the new Notoriety Event happening in :iconrevolutionisland:

This picture is meant to be done as a collaboration for members to us. In which they can take this piece and do whatever they wish with it. They can have their characters interacting with the great 'Thunder Goddess' or they can have her attacking and destroying things such as buildings, homes, etc.

Pose and Inspiration for this piece came from Thunderbird
Clouds and the like were inspired a lot by the Okami Game style because I liked the 'oriental' aspect from them and felt it was an interesting feel to add onto the Zapdos. I see her as using a sort of cloudy mist like fog or such to keep herself from being seen before swooping down to destroy the Houses on Revolution. The clouds merely cover her feathers (Because I'm lazy and I hate drawing feathers ugh... so much hate now for them) and are not actually a part of her body.
