Well, this is him.

He's pretty badly scarred because he did get caught in a grenade explosion which cost him his legs knee-down so he's in a wheelchair these days.
The right side of his head is also scarred, along with his right arm. Not to mention how his legs look like...

But he's still very much happy-go-lucky guy who doesn't let his disability to bother him. After all, he's at least alive and all. Plus his manhood works just fine, so it's all good!

Javier is actually paired to Malcolm's twin sister Monica (who also belongs to my fiancée).
To the point they get married and have a son, hehe~

The only reason behind the title is that song reminds me of Javier.
Don't ask.
But it's a catchy song!

Oh yeah.
Javier has a koi carp tattoo on his left arm and he's also supposed to be have a big tattoo on his back, too. I just haven't designed it because I have no idea what it would be...
And those stars run down all the his left pec.

According to him the only thing that bothers him about losing his legs was the fact he also lost two tattoos at the same time since both his calves were tattooed. xD
