I got a great vibe from this one, like it's about to jump up and sing a painfully corny musical interlude about the importance of working together. The look kinda reminds me of Tiny Toons, I dunno if that's something you were going for but it's fun and energetic.
It'd be stating the obvious to say the linework's a bit rough to the bottom, so I'll do exactly that. But, on the same note I don't think it detracts too much from the piece. I like a nice balance between "complete sketch" and "Surgical precision lineart", which is something I struggle with in my own work :P
