I want to major in two things at college: Ceramics and Glass. This is my most recent Glass project. I took a second-year course and we learned how to do kiln-formed and moulded glass. At the end of the term, we had a show based on a fictional place in the Rockies called the Rear Ranges. I made Hoarfrost for it.

Hoarfrost is built on a wire armature, but he's not very poseable. The reason for this is he's held together with epoxy, and while that works wonderfully on his head and feet (made from cast glass), it does't liked the fur very much. If I try and move him, the expoy between the glass and the fur cracks and comes off. Ah well, he looks good anyway. Eyes are made from painted Sculpey.
