Kaden the magically powered, mechanical, electronic, complex, confusing, and all around fun ball joined Android. It's horn isn't from Magical poisoning, it was installed by it's creators in the hopes that it would help Kaden channel Magic for it's own use. Since the horn and Kaden's outer body/chassis isn't technically "alive" the horn wouldn't grow even if Kaden wasn't a magical creature itself.
