This is Shelby! She likes turtles and tortoises and swimming and always carries around her stuffed turtle on her head.
She also has a deformity in her front legs that doesn't allow her to walk properly. Without her wheels she kinda moves her front legs like a sea turtle.

I bought her from catdeer on da but changed up her design a little (the doggiewheelchair and whatnot)
