He's an Eevee/Sableye Pokemorph who normally has an upbeat prankster personality. At this exact moment, however, he is officially tired of ridiculous Sableye antics.

See, poor Lui managed to get caught up in an eons old Sableye and Clefable prophecy that heralded the return of their god. It was said that when the Blood God and his Soul Queen returned to the two species, peace would be restored and prosperity would reign. Unfortunately for Lui, they became convinced that his father was the spiritual embodiment of the Blood God, making him the physical embodiment.

Now, a boy who should be worrying about getting into college or studying for exams is overseeing two entire species and sometimes, just sometimes, he loses his temper.

Noose, shortened from his original name of 'Nuisance', was given to Lui by his father to help him concentrate. The one legged Hoothoot proved much more useful than he would like to admit and became Lui's faithful partner and friend. Upon evolving into a Noctowl, Noose took up the title of bodyguard and peace-keeper as well.
