Here's the hammer I made for my friend who cosplayed Ramona with me. She bought the materials and I put it together. It's made out of styrofoam, Bondo and a wooden dowel. It's really big! To put it in perspective, the dowel is 1" in diameter. My friend painted it, but I don't have a photo of it painted.
