A belated birthday gift for TheMadCatter. He's been a big inspiration to me over the years and I've wanted to draw him something for quite some time.
This also counts towards my Draw-A-Day Challenge. I had done the sketch in a day, but since it was also a birthday gift I decided to put in a little extra effort on my own time. This is Day 11 with the theme "Tease".
