Here's what I did:

• I modelled the head-base in Lightwave,
• prepared the 3d-model for printing with Netfabb,
• 3d-printed it in PLA with my Flashforge Creator 3d-printer using Makerware Desktop,
• glued the parts together with Plaast,
• hand-sculpted the teeth and tongue with Plaast,
• printed the eyes on a piece of paper, laminated the paper and drilled many holes in it,
• glued the fur on with hotglue.
