He is sort of capable young pirate captain on my mind. He is able to fight close or long range combat fairly well since he carries dual weapon. Plus I also attach lightning orb on his tail to paralyze or even struck down his enemies, tho he still struggling to aim his target accurately on this one, ho ho ho <3.
