I was doing my business in the toilet and all of a sudden a bird !
I actually heard noises in the toilet when I woke but I thought it was caused by wind as it can make the door move a little when it is strong enough outside.
I put some gloves on and took the bird and released it outside.
It is -6ºC/22ºF outside right now and only going lower (forecast said -20ºC/-4ºF in coming weeks !) and the birds are looking for places to hide and this one somehow managed to find its way in the ventilation ducts of this building. I live on the last floor so there's not a whole lot of distance between me and the roof, and I have no grid in front of the vent hole on the wall.
I guess I'll have to be a bit more careful, that's certainly a first for me !
