Nobody knows what the front looks like so this is my guess!. :)

The eyes were referenced from Dragonite models. Honestly, with the shoes in the way and the pixellated quality, nobody can tell for sure if the ears are floppy or straight so it's caused a lot of confusion among Pokemon fans. In the bottom picture, the left ear looks like its straight, so I really do think this is a Doge/Shiba Inu pokemon, even though it has nothing to do with Alola Island/Hawaii. I posted a few ref pix so you could see for yourself.
