Finally finished drawing Racheal in a beautiful bustle dress! I had always wanted portray delphox's beauty, elegance, and sophisticated design. What better dress appropriate for it as in a bustle dress? Yes, I know not everyone loves delphox and don't see it being 'beautiful' but in my eyes it's always beautiful and I wanted to show how beautiful delphoxes are. Yes there always will beeautiful Pokemon, but to me delphox is considered to be beautiful creatures too.
