A gift painting of my cousin's new fursona! Originally we had picked a snow leopard for her, but after talking to her about it we decided that some kind of hummingbird fit her way better. For this painting I used a photo reference of a female Anna's Hummingbird, but swapped out the colors for colors that my cousin picked (Anna's Hummingbirds are generally grayish with pink throats). The flowers there are supposed to be cattleya orchids.

It took me like three times as long to paint the orchids as it did for me to paint the bird @.@

I'm really happy with how this turned out!!
