A friend from college asked me if I'd want to do a fun little art theme challenge to brush up on our art skills. The theme was to take someone like a royal figure (king, queen, prince, princess, royal advisor, royal wizard what-have-you). The character could come from real life fiction or someone made up and give them a Pokemon or team that you think they might have. So naturally since it has to do with Pokemon I was all in on it. And I had to choose Caelum cause it gave me the perfect opportunity to do a revamping on his's armored design.
