Another NPC for my tentative Seattle based games!

Inja Enkulu, the Major Domo, was part of the same pack as the Silver Fang "Veliki Knyaz," Nikolai Osenov, and rose to power at his side. This Silent Strider frequently serves as an intermediary for the alpha in situations where direct involvement might be politically detrimental -- yet he's also protected by his status as a metis, the alpha's packmate, and a prominent Garou hero. As such, the player characters will have more contact with him than with Osenov!

He's a much better fighter than his bad leg suggests, because one bad leg doesn't slow down a Lupus form Garou much and his deformity means he's never without some sort of cane as a weapon -- in this case, an Egyptian "was" or dog-headed staff.
