    To all who see/need this: Depression is not something anyone should have to face alone. Gather your friends: those you truly trust, love, and care for, and let them help you through it. Seek GOOD professional help. If your therapist is making you feel lower than garbage, kick them to the curb and find someone better. Do NOT feel as if you are just a burden to the world! You are loved & you are wonderful. The world would dim without you in it for every single one of you helps to make this world brighter! All of you make me immeasurably proud! Do something you love. Read a book. Hang out with friends. Make a meal you love. Take a relaxing bubble bath. Call someone you love. Have a nice cup of tea. Every day you go through, every day you're alive, every day you're evven a tiny bit happy, I count as a victory against depression. Please, you're not a burden to the world. Those who claim you are will be lost in history. YOU MATTER! I'm proud of all of you and I'm sending you virtual hugs and good vibes! Be safe!

    Any day that I can make even one person happier, more proud of themselves, or more confident in themselves is a great day to me. If you or anybody needs a boost when they're feeling low or depressed, you and anybody who wants can use my comment above. Change the words around, add stuff that's relevant to the situation, or use it as is. I don't even desire credit for it. I just hope my words can help make somebody's day brighter.
