PoppyPascal says he's persoanlly not into trash, but those trash scavengers/trash lovers are a close-knitted community filled with wonderful people. So he made this lineart in appreciation of them. It makes him happy when one of them finds something they like.
Sadly, someone named "Pamperchu" (not the little mouse in this scene) has given that community a bad name with his love for trash that has become known throughout the internet and social media. It ruined their fragile reputation. It's hard enough for them to be accepted for this lifestyle, but having that pest's name attached to them makes it harder.
So be respectful to trash scavengers/trash lovers. They're adorable, passionate, happy, welcoming, and heart-warming. They let him hang out with them so he could get to know them, though he doesn't personally like trash himself. They don't judge each other. It's a real little family filled with love and respect.
Remember, someone's trash is another one's treasure.
