Another requested drawing, this time for "JamesTheOtter" of Inkbunny
When I uploaded this Care Bears fan art on that site http://www.weasyl.com/submission/2214359/care-bear-generational-crossover he asked me to make him one featuring his favorite bears, twin cubs Baby Tugs and Baby Hugs. These two obviously love each other, so I decided to recreate the famous "Cupid and Psyche" portrait with them.
